Rotativo ¿Cómo es un día típico como Operador de Producción I? Responsable de realizar labores manuales generales que incluyen el mantener un flujo de trabajo continuo. Facilita la producción ya sea pesando bandejas, verificando navajas, muestreando, 100% inspección, entregando material y apoyando las necesidades de cada estación de trabajo. Además, es responsable de realizar pruebas de afilado de cada estación de trabajo y cualquier otra tarea asignada por su Supervisor. Este rol es crucial para apoyar la mejora y la eficiencia de las operaciones de la manufactura. Responsable de la calidad y productividad, incluyendo la iniciación de acciones proactivas y correctivas para asegurar la calidad de los productos, siguiendo los procedimientos de la operación correspondientes Requisitos del puesto: Tener diploma de secundaria o equivalente (preferido). Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en manufactura de dispositivos médicos, alimentos, cosméticos o farmacéutica Poder trabajar turnos rotativos. (1ero -2do y 3ero) Poseer gran atención al detalle y un compromiso con mantener altos estándares de calidad. Ser confiable, puntual y estar dispuesto a aprender nuevas habilidades.
