Job Description

General Production Worker (Custom Cabinet Shop) Brian's Cabinets, located in Bend, is Central Oregon's largest custom cabinet manufacturer and has immediate openings in our production shop, no experience necessary.
Responsibilities :
This position will work within a team, as well as individually, to ensure our customers receive high-quality cabinets, based on custom job specifications, on time, while ensuring all safety procedures are followed. Our production teams consist of a variety of departments (panel processing, assembly, mill work, doors/drawers, sanding, final assembly, finish). Position openings vary and we will cross-train for each department.
General Duties:
Read design drawings and production documents Build custom cabinetry according to specific job packets Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met Operate hand tools, power tools, and other woodworking machinery safely Perform quality control to spot imperfections in products Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet The ideal candidate: Punctual and pay attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills with positive attitude Able to read and understand basic shop drawings Able to read and use a tape measure Maintain cleanliness and organization
Qualifications :
Experience with woodworking, manufacturing, power tools, sanding, finishing and/or painting is not required, but is a plus.
Schedule :
Full-time, Monday - Friday, start at 6:00 a.m. with occasional overtime available
Pay :
Starting wage is $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
