PrideStaff in Bend, Oregon is seeking a hands-on production leader to run daily manufacturing for a local company in the aviation sector. Imagine This Orders are due, customers are counting on you, and the line is ready. You sequence work, align staffing, and verify that every build follows the right drawings and work instructions. You check in with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations, clear bottlenecks, coach the team, and keep safety and standards at the forefront. By day's end, output is on time and to spec—and the process is a little better than it was yesterday. Role Focus Plan, schedule, and manage daily production to achieve delivery and performance goals. Supervise and develop production staff; assign work and review results. Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering drawings, and documented procedures. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related discipline preferred. 3-7 years of recent manufacturing experience with prior supervisory/management responsibility. Background in small or mid-sized manufacturing settings preferred. Detail-oriented leadership, strong problem-solving, and collaborative approach across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and operations.
