What You'll Do Welcome guests to our tasting room and guide them through wine tastings with knowledge and warmth Share your expertise about our wines and the unique characteristics of the Willamette Valley Assist with all tasting room operations including inventory, cleanliness, and guest relations Have the opportunity to learn and participate in production activities and general onsite upkeep as opportunities arise. Contribute to gardening and maintenance projects around the property Help create an inviting atmosphere that reflects our brand values What We're Looking For You have a genuine passion for wine and hospitality, with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Experience in wine service or hospitality is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter most. You're comfortable with flexible scheduling throughout the week and weekend and excited about the possibility of expanding your role beyond tasting room hours.
