Key Responsibilities:

Execute asset disposition tasks including sorting, evaluating, processing, and documenting returned or retired production equipment and materials. Support production flow by ensuring cleared materials and equipment are properly removed, staged, or routed to the appropriate disposition channel. Operate basic tools and equipment safely to disassemble, move, and organize assets as needed. Conduct quality and condition assessments of returned or end-of-life assets following company guidelines. Maintain safety protocols at all times, including PPE usage and adherence to OSHA and site-specific safety standards. Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and efficient work areas to support smooth production flow. Accurately document asset status, movement, and disposition activities in tracking systems. Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to minimize bottlenecks and maintain workflow efficiency. Identify and report safety hazards, equipment concerns, or process inefficiencies to supervisors promptly. Support continuous improvement efforts by following standardized procedures and suggesting workflow enhancements.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer or handheld scanner experience preferred but not required. Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including possible overtime as needed. Safety-minded with a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
