When a machine falters, you turn urgency into action—protecting throughput, quality, and safety. When things run well, it's because your preventive maintenance program did its job. Imagine This Scenario A CNC throws a spindle alarm mid-run. You arrive, verify the fault, review PLC signals, isolate a servo issue, and bring the machine back online. You document the fix, schedule a follow-up PM, and place a parts order with a vendor. Lead CNC troubleshooting, corrective repairs, and preventive maintenance above the operator level. Handle facility-related maintenance to support a safe, efficient plant. Assist with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on vacuum furnaces. Keep meticulous records of all work performed. Partner with equipment vendors to arrange service and source parts.
