$23.50-24.50 hourly to start, depending on experience and qualifications Shift:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. Mandatory overtime:

As a Production Associate - Inventory & Finished Goods, you'll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by supporting inventory accuracy, material movement, and finished goods preparation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with opportunities to grow and expand your skills. Your Responsibilities Inventory & Production Support Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Organize and label materials to improve accessibility and efficiency Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies Stage materials to support production schedules Maintain clean and organized inventory areas Finished Goods & Shipping Pack and inspect tile orders to meet quality standards Palletize and prepare shipments for delivery Operate equipment such as pallet wrappers and material handling tools Transport materials within the facility and to warehouse locations Support shipping documentation and system updates Team & Operational Support Collaborate with production teams to support workflow and efficiency Cross-train in various manufacturing processes Assist in other areas of production as needed Why You'll Love Working Here Health insurance with low premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as company-paid disability and life insurance starting Day 1. Ready to make a bold impact? Here's the qualifications we are looking for... Key Qualifications Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or a related environment. Experience using basic computer systems; with inventory systems, cycle counting, or SAP a plus! Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and repetitive movement. Must meet and maintain company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards to operate a company box truck as a regular job requirement. Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification. Availability for occasional overtime as needed. Previous forklift or material handling experience. Additional Requirements Physical Capabilities:
Ability to regularly lift 20-30 lbs. and occasionally 50+ lbs. Work involves prolonged periods of standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, and repetitive motion associated with packing, inspecting, and palletizing products. Ability to learn and safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, forklifts, and box trucks, as well as kilns and roller hearths (training provided). Work Environment:
Duties are performed in a production factory environment requiring sustained physical activity. Exposure to elevated temperatures, especially during summer months and when working near kilns or heat producing equipment. Exposure to industrial noise, dust, and typical manufacturing environmental conditions. Screening:
