Starting $18.00 with potential increase after 90 day probationJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our commercial bakery production team to make high-quality Japanese Style Shokupan. We are a fast growing expansion to our bakery location in Beaverton. This role is responsible for operating equipment to shape, proof, and bake the bread, quality checks throughout the process, packaging products, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the production process. Additionally the ability to be flexible and open to change as operations and processes changes to increasing production. Generally shifts will range from 8 to 10 hours within the hours of operation. Our bread making process is both hands on while using industrial equipment to produce large quantities. Equipment is maintained and cleaned daily to ensure quality and a smooth production. All operators and packing associates will be required to learn and operate all the following stations: Divider, Dough Line, Proofer, Ovens, and Packing.
