ob Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of our factory by performing various assembly and manufacturing tasks. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced industrial environment, supporting the production of high-quality products.(review after 90 days) Duties Operate and assist with assembly line processes to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assemble, repair, or modify components Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided) to move materials and finished products Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, identifying potential issues before they impact production Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety standards Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times during shift Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments is preferred Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly line operations are highly desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety guidelines at all times Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Mechanical knowledge or experience working with factory equipment is beneficial This position offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork, safety, and efficiency are prioritized.
