JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of production lead experience
  • preferably in a wood products facility.
Assign co-workers to setup and operate work centers based on the scheduled load. Ensure safe work habits and practices. Work alongside production co-workers operating machinery, moving product & quality control. Change-over & setup machines for new products. Troubleshoot issues. Communicate to management regarding progress as needed. Engage in goal setting and accomplish realistic goals. Participate in process improvements. Train & coach co-workers as needed. Assist in daily huddles & participate in production decisions. Update breakdown sheets as required.
