Paint Line Operator

K-Fab Inc. is seeking a experienced Powder Coater to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our powder coating process.

Responsibilities:

Applying powder paint to a variety of surfaces and parts. Operate all coating equipment including guns and booth collection system. Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by visual inspection. Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limits. Ensure all components are coated efficiently and are within customer specifications. Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are being met. Knowledge of coatings and safety data sheets. May perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Strong background in powder coating Strong attention to detail and quality standards Must be able to follow directions and work independently without supervision Must be able to stand for 8-11 hours at a time in a work environment without regulated temperatures. Must have good attendance and time management skills.

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
