Job Description

  • Production Equipment Technician
  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a hands-on Production Equipment Technician to support our design studio and sample production operations.
This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on sewing machines and other equipment, while also assisting with general facility upkeep and light inventory management. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where both technical ability and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The right candidate will be reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Perform preventative maintenance on sewing machines and related equipment used in sample production + Maintain and service silicone processing machinery + Monitor and maintain humidifiers to ensure optimal operating conditions + Replace HVAC filters and light bulbs as needed + Identify maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with building landlord/property management + Support basic facility upkeep to maintain a safe and functional workspace + Assist with inventory responsibilities, including tracking and organizing materials and supplies + Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding equipment status and needs + Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment •Qualifications•+ Experience with preventative maintenance on production or industrial equipment (sewing machine experience a plus) + Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Comfortable working in a small team environment where flexibility is key + Basic inventory or materials management experience is a plus •Work Schedule•+ Flexible Monday-Friday schedule + 8-hour workday with option for: + Early start (6:00-6:30 AM) and early finish (2:30-3:00 PM), or + Later start with corresponding end time + Choice of 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break •Why Join Us?

  • Pay Details:
  • $32.
