At International Paper's Biglerville Container Facility, you'll help keep corrugator and converting lines running smoothly so essential goods reach people who need them. Your Mission Partner with machine operators to set up, run, and clean corrugating and converting equipment. Move materials, verify dimensions with precision instruments, and keep safety and housekeeping front and center. Expect variety—cross-training lets you step into multiple roles as production needs shift. Compensation & Schedule $23.08/hr up to $31.61/hr Hourly, Full-Time 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. | 4-on / 4-off rotation No Mandatory Overtime Location Biglerville Container Facility 136 E. York St., Biglerville, PA 17307 717-677-8121 What You'll Need to Succeed Manufacturing experience preferred Thrives in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment (weekend availability required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Teamwork, clear communication, and reliability Ability to read, write, and speak English Accuracy with measuring devices Willingness to cross-train Strict adherence to safety, policies, and good housekeeping practices Your Path Forward On-the-job training from experienced teammates Leadership training to prepare you for what's next Promotional opportunities as you grow How to Join Complete an online Operations test and participate in an interview.
