We're hiring Production Operators (Entry-Level with Training) who are motivated, dependable, and ready to grow into skilled machine operators in a stable, fast-paced environment. 💰 Pay & Schedule $19.50 - $21.50 per hour 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on Built-in overtime + predictable time off Consistent weekly scheduling for work-life balance ⚙️ What You'll Do as a Production Operator In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently while mastering machine operations: Operate and support production machinery used in plastic sheet manufacturing Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met Identify and report surface defects or inconsistencies Assist with material handling, palletizing, and line support Communicate with team leads on production or quality concerns Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment ✅ What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow processes and work in a team environment Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow into advanced operator roles Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused mindset 🚀 Why Join This Team?
