Entry-Level Production Workers
CNC Operators & Programmers
Welders (MIG/TIG/Stick)
Fabricators/Machine Operators Responsibilities:
🔧 Entry-Level Production Worker Responsibilities:
Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools
Perform general assembly, packaging, or material handling
Inspect parts and components for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Assist with loading/unloading materials and parts
⚙️ CNC Operator/Programmer Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Adjust machine settings and tooling for accuracy and quality
Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Troubleshoot and correct machining issues as needed
Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to maintenance/supervisor
🔩 Welder (MIG, TIG, Stick) Responsibilities:
Set up and operate welding equipment based on job specs
Weld metal components together using proper techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity
Grind, cut, or clean welds as needed for final finish
Follow all safety procedures including use of PPE Education:
