Pay Estimated:

Responsibilities:

Perform moderately complex production and assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cables Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, production assemblies, and large-scale complex systems Fabricate RF cables, multi-function cables, and wire harnesses to precise specifications Perform soldering of ribbon cables and stripline components to support RF performance requirements Conduct fabrication, spaning, inspection, and integration activities in research, production, and pre-production environments Load and configure customer and standard software onto customer devices Support quality initiatives utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical analysis methods detailed manufacturing documentation, engineering drawings, and work instructions Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and security standards in a defense manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law High School Diploma or GED required AA Degree or manufacturing-related certification preferred Minimum 6 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics fabrication experience Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance required at time of hire Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly operations Experience building RF cables, harnesses, and complex assemblies Soldering experience including ribbon and stripline soldering for RF applications Knowledge of fabrication, inspection, and integration processes Experience loading and configuring software on customer devices Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistics applications Basic computer proficiency Position requires 100 on-site support in Canonsburg, PA Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
