Manufacturing Associate JanMichaels LLC - Elizabethtown, PA JanMichaels LLC is a family-owned manufacturer of home décor and framed wall art. We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. This position involves hands-on work creating and finishing products that are sold to retailers throughout the United States. No experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Depending on department assignment, employees may: Assemble wood frames and home décor products Mount artwork into frames Attach hanging hardware and wire finished products Operate saws, sanders, framing equipment, and other production tools Paint and stain wood components Inspect products for quality and accuracy Read production instructions and work orders Move materials and completed products between departments Maintain production records Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment Manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or production experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to safely perform physical work in a manufacturing environment Why Work at JanMichaels?
