Pay:
2nd shift starting rate: $16.00 with $2 shift differential Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 90 days based on performance Ability to earn up to $0.75/hour increase at 6 months based on performance Ability to earn $1.00/hour increase per quarter based on perfect attendance Bi-weekly What YOU get: Independent workplace Operate various machinery Contribute to team and individual metrics Utilize YOUR experience What YOU need: Ability to lift up 30lbs and stand for extended periods of time Attention to detail Basic math, reading, and computer skills Your CAN DO attitude What We offer: 5 vacation days 10 paid holidays (could be combined) $1000.00 Retention Bonus Conestoga Wood Specialties Are you looking to become a key member of our outstanding workforce?
