Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and reliable Ice Production Team Member to join our operations near Pennsburg. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production process, helping to produce, handle, and package ice efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move raw materials and finished ice products safely within the facility. Assist in the production of ice by monitoring machines and ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the process. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area, adhering to strict FDA regulations and sanitation protocols. Support packaging operations by assembling and sealing ice products according to specifications. Conduct basic measurements and calculations to ensure proper quantities during manufacturing and packaging. Follow all safety guidelines, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, to promote a safe work environment. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any mechanical issues promptly. Skills Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is preferred. Knowledge of quality control procedures within a manufacturing or food production setting. Familiarity with cleanroom environments, sanitation standards, and FDA regulations. Mechanical knowledge helpful for troubleshooting equipment issues. Basic math skills for measurements and inventory management. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and material handling. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness.
