Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Set-up Equipment & Measuring Devices Enter Data in information Systems. Load/Unload & Operate Machine Use Tooling for assigned equipment. Use appropriate Materials (RM, SA, FG) and maintain traceability. Basic Troubleshooting Follow specifications and record P&P data. Identify non-conforming material. Track production through shift (VDM) Achieve standards & Doc Issues Cross train on other equipment Maintain a cleaning working environment & Line clearances. Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. General knowledge of mechanical functions. Skills and Abilities Able to detect defects at 12" distance. Able to Lift 50 Pounds. Able to read/understand WI. Use of Basic Measuring equipment. Basic computer skills (entry & navigation). Attention to details. Basic Understanding of concepts (What). Basic troubleshooting & escalation as needed. Awareness of Lean/NBS. Identification of safety/environmental issues.
