Our knowledge in core making and assembly allows us to produce castings with intricate interior and exterior design. The techniques that we have refined over time enable us to meet the specifications and close interior tolerances required by our air and fluid technology customers.

Foundry Molder Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Foundry Molder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for forming aluminum castings using oil based sand, with or without cores . This role involves operating squeeze molders or Osborn machines, and accurately positioning and setting cores into molds for aluminum pouring.
Key Responsibilities:
Form aluminum castings using oil-based sand. Operate squeeze molders or Osborn machines. Position and set cores accurately into molds. Ensure high-quality production standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience/training in a foundry. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Capable of standing for up to 90% of the workday. Comfortable working in a dirty environment. Strong attention to detail and good attendance record. Commitment to high safety standards and compliance with all safety laws, policies, and rules.
