Team Members are responsible for meeting the requirements of our global customers. You will work closely with our talented, dedicated team to continuously improve safety, service, delivery, quality and productivity. About the Role We are seeking a mechanically inclined leader to run and optimize a specialized piece of equipment critical to our production process. This is not a basic entry-level position—this role requires attention to detail, technical curiosity, and a hands-on understanding of how machines operate and perform. What You'll Do Operate and adjust equipment to maintain high performance and quality output Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues during production Assist with machine setup, calibration, and changeovers Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities Support scaling efforts as we increase production capacity by 100% Contribute to operational excellence and continued growth Ensure process reliability What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude or technical background (formal or hands-on) Ability to understand how systems function and respond to variations Interest in problem-solving and continuous improvement Experience with machinery or tools is a strong plus
