Job Description

We are actively seeking a Third Shift Process Technician who will play a critical role in maximizing productivity and ensuring smooth daily operations across our production floor. What You'll Do As a Process Technician, your main responsibility is to keep machines running efficiently and productively by monitoring productivity and reject rates. You'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring optimal machine performance, supporting quality production, and contributing to a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and remove molds based on production needs Start and cycle presses following standard operating procedures and training instructions Maintain accurate records to support high-quality production Perform first-piece inspections and assist with job sampling Carry out in-process inspections using gauges and SPC monitoring tools Accurately track machine downtime as needed Assist floor personnel and support production supervisors as required Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to safety and production Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized Attend and actively engage in training sessions Work overtime as needed to meet business demands What You Bring Prior experience in a manufacturing or process technician role preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow procedures, work independently, and contribute to team success Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills Flexible to work overtime when business needs arise Why Join Us We're committed to creating a workplace where your ideas, skills, and hard work are valued.
