Job Description

Express is seeking Press Operators for a company in Franklin, PA! •This is a Direct Hire Opportunity•
Job Duties:
Operate and monitor press equipment to meet production goals. Load materials and remove finished products from the machine. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Make minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures. Assist with machine setups and other production tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in press operation, punch and die, or plastic molding roles Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently and repeatedly
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM Mandatory Saturdays as needed
Pay:
Starting at $19.00/hr Milestone raises upon completing proficiencies Opportunities for raises when cross training
