This role is essential to maintaining high production standards in a fast-paced environment, where you will support various stages of poultry processing. Shift patterns Monday to Friday, 9:00 pm to 6:30 am Pay rates 17.50 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Production Associate Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments. Ability to follow safety and quality procedures. Ability to work in different production areas as assigned. Desirable requirements for Production Associate Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or poultry experience preferred but not required. Role for Production Associate Inspect, cut, pack, weigh, and move poultry products. Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards. Rotate between different production areas based on business needs. Assist with general warehouse tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
