We're looking for a motivated Packaging Line Lead to drive production, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing team in a regulated pharmaceutical setting. This is a leadership role where you'll be on the floor — coaching, troubleshooting, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Job Duties:

Lead, train, and motivate packaging operators to meet daily production goals Assign tasks and adjust staffing to maximize efficiency Operate and monitor packaging equipment (manual + automated systems) Ensure all documentation is completed in full compliance with GDP and FDA regulations Utilize SAP for inventory control, material movements, and work orders Stage materials to maintain continuous packaging operations Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance as needed Maintain a clean and inspection-ready packaging area Promote safety and continuous process improvement

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical packaging environment. Prior leadership or lead experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of cGMP regulations SAP experience for inventory transactions Ability to operate pallet jack; forklift experience a plus Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Basic computer and PLC operation skills High school diploma or equivalent required.
