Production Line Leader

The Production Lead serves as a working leader on the production floor, helping maintain productivity, quality standards, and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting and guiding team members in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily packing line activities and workflow Support and guide Meat Packers and other packing team members Ensure packaging accuracy, labeling, and product quality Monitor production pace and communicate needs to the Packing Supervisor Oversee training new employees training within packing department Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation procedures Assist with packaging tasks as needed Promote safe work practices on the production line Qualifications Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred Leadership or team coordination experience helpful Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to communicate clearly with team members Dependable and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work in refrigerated production environments Ability to perform repetitive packaging tasks Equal Oppotunity Employer Stoltzfus Meats is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
