Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled, dependable, and hands-on 3rd Shift Production Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting production operations, ensuring the timely completion of customer orders, and leading our 3rd shift team to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while gaining hands-on experience with advanced laser cutting technology. Responsibilities Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to job specifications Perform material handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials onto and from laser cutting machines Conduct quality inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications Lead and support 3rd shift production employees to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality Monitor production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time Communicate shift updates, production issues, and priorities to supervisors and incoming shifts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory management, including tracking materials and supplies Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment required Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Basic understanding of machining processes and manufacturing equipment Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with company match
