Production Team Lead 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars Greensburg, PA 15601 $18.50 an hour - Full-time Carclo Technical Plastics 125 reviews $18.50 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Production Team Lead to drive manufacturing excellence within our fast-paced facility. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met. As a key leader on the floor, you will motivate team members, optimize workflow processes, and uphold a culture of continuous improvement. The shifts for this job is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, operating on a 2-2-3 schedule. Duties Shift communication / labor assignment / safety Material handle ( scanning product to and from machines ) Scanning product to work orders Scanning finished product to bins Creating pallet sheets Moving skids to designated areas Supply stock inventory levels Production system monitoring and updating Break Coverage as needed Robot Resetting, Training will be provided for robots and and small automation related fixes. Assist with new hires by doing a 6 day training with them. Small tasked needed throughout shift as needed. Any required documentation needed for management day to day Qualifications Prior experience leading or supervising production teams in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is highly preferred. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory if willing to obtain upon hire. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly and effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments. Demonstrated commitment to safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform physically demanding tasks as required in a manufacturing environment.
