Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Production Specialist is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a timely and safe manner. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards. Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards. Package finished products for shipping or storage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies. Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors immediately. Assist with inventory and material handling as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and productivity. Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & TECHNOLOGY INTERACTION
Communicate with managers and other employees. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions, both in-person and via technology.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred; Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols. Ability to follow instructions Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs., and performing repetitive tasks. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, or shifts as needed.
