Production Associate

Our client, a manufacturing and production company, is looking for Machine Operators/Production Associates to join their team in Horsham, PA. In this role, you will support production and warehouse operations by receiving and inspecting stock, operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, and picking, packing, and labeling finished goods for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock, verifying counts against manifests and packing slips Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently throughout the shift Pick, pack, and label finished goods and materials for shipment using RF scanners or voice-directed systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred Recent experience with sit-down forklift, reach truck, and/or electric pallet jack required Basic computer or tablet literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow production instructions accurately Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to frequently lift up to 25-50 lbs
