This is hands-on production work in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will follow supervisor direction, adhere to company policies, and work well as part of a team. The position offers opportunities for long-term employment with potential for permanent hire. Responsibilities Operating production machinery to manufacture metal tubing Performing in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Packaging, labeling, and staging finished product Keeping a clean, organized, safe workstation Requirements Able to lift 50 lbs (up to 75+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift (long bars on the shoulder) Prior physical-labor background (manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on work) Steel-toed boots on day one (you provide; company provides safety glasses, hearing protection, shirt) Able to pass a pre-employment drug test (5-panel, marijuana included) and physical (lift, grip, stairs, hearing)
