TITLE:
Converting Operator
C POSITION OBJECTIVE
Efficiently and accurately run converting lines to produce converted products according to specifications, maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
QUALIFICATIONS
A High School Diploma or equivalent Legal eligibility to work in the US. Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting preferred with knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing our return on investment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel Proficiency in reading and writing English. Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for machines used in the production process. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Complies with, monitors, and enforces all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and department. Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, encompassing good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes. Startup, shutdown and make machine adjustments Inspect final product using quality checks, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication of any issues. Demonstrate the capability to maintain pace with the production process and achieve daily production targets while also ensuring cleanliness in the designated area.
