silvering to parts with a paint brush to ceramic parts Ensure quality checks are completed Set up printing screens, fixtures, and squeegees according to daily production orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Load silvered ceramic parts onto trays and feed them into drying ovens or high-temperature belt furnaces for the electrode firing process. Carefully handle fragile ceramic parts to avoid scrap. Maintain accurate daily production records, tracking part counts, batch numbers, and completed process steps.
