Job Description

Pallet Builder McKees Rocks, PA 2 DAYS AGO 22528299 Summary McKees Rocks, PA In-Person $20.00 - $20.00 per Hour 0 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Build skids and proactively locate skids outside before each job begins to ensure optimal production flow.
  • Measure materials for assembly.
  • Shape or cut materials to specified measurements.
  • Use hand and power tools while following safety protocols.
  • Complete paperwork and put material away in a location and ensure that it's correct.
  • Utilize software to maintain pallet inventory, to include real-time updates.
  • Track and maintain waste, broken pallets, and identify ways to repurpose.
  • Regularly clean and tidy work. This includes removing debris, organizing tools, and ensuring that the workspace is ready for the next task.
  • Monitor supplies and inform the supervisor when inventory is running low.
  • Notify the supervisor of any repair needs; it is best to submit a work order for tracking purposes.
  • As a small company, additional duties may be assigned to ensure the plant is operating efficiently.
