Job Description

Job Key Activities and Performance Indicators:

Operate Plastic Molding Machines, filling molding machines with raw stock, packing finished components in bins for further processing. Candidate must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. First article production, work with inspection teams to ensure quality parts are being produced. Monitor production parts to ensure the process is running smoothly and quality parts are being produced during the entire shift. Maintaining a clean workspace (5S) This position will report to the Plastics and Die Cast Supervisor and works closely with the quality team to ensure that parts produced meet our rigorous customer quality requirements. Interacts with all other Departments.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing experience desired but not required. Basic reading and mathematical

Skills and Competencies:

Dependable and can-do attitude required. Ability to solve problems and work under pressure a plus. Candidate must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Reliable transportation to be at work at scheduled time.
