From our headquarters in Montgomeryville, PA, we combine craftsmanship, technology, and attention to detail to create custom products that are built to last. About the Role Timberlane is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role in a modern production environment where you will help build custom exterior shutters using woodworking equipment, hand tools, power tools, and detailed work instructions. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in precision, and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Prior woodworking or production experience is helpful, but just as important are reliability, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a strong team mindset. What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you will: Safely operate woodworking and production equipment. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble custom exterior shutters. Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and production details. Accurately measure materials using a tape measure. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Timberlane's quality standards. Package and prepare completed products for shipment. Support other areas of production as needed. Work as part of a team to meet quality, safety, and delivery goals. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Prior woodworking, manufacturing, construction, assembly, or production experience. The ability to read a tape measure accurately. Basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract fractions. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. A reliable, team-oriented attitude. A willingness to learn new skills and contribute wherever needed. A commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
