19/hr Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team in New Holland, PA. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment and systems according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Perform routine inspections and adjustments to ensure process efficiency and product quality Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate complex problems when necessary Accurately document production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training and initiatives Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and quality departments to meet production goals Assist with changeovers, startups, and shutdowns of equipment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or process operations preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, noise) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
