Production Associate Job Description Join our team as a Production Associate within the aluminum fencing department, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and order accuracy. Responsibilities Remove products from extrusion or coating lines. Inspect products to ensure they are defect-free and match specific orders. Match and pack products according to customer specifications. Load products onto skids and apply protective materials to prevent damage during shipping. Perform basic light assembly of parts as needed. Accurately count products and ensure shipments are complete and accurate. Assist in other departments as required. Operate a hand jack to move both empty and loaded skids. Load/unload push carts and transport them to various production or staging areas. Enter and remove items from inventory, requiring paper and computer documentation. Essential Skills Production and assembly skills Inspection and packing proficiency General production and labor skills Experience with hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic packing and loading skills Why Work Here? Most positions are temporary to hire with opportunities for growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Holland, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
