AM SUMMARY:
The Production Specialist is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a timely and safe manner. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
  • Package finished products for shipping or storage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors immediately.
  • Assist with inventory and material handling as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & TECHNOLOGY INTERACTION
  • Communicate with managers and other employees.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions, both in-person and via technology.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred;
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 lbs., and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, or shifts as needed.
