Job Description
Apliiq offers an online custom apparel platform where aspiring designers can create, buy, and sell their own labels and apparel designs. We're also the only private label drop shipping provider offering retail-ready fashion apparel products such as hoodies, t-shirts, joggers, beanies, hats, denim, jackets, and much more. We are looking for a self-driven Embriodery Machine Operator at our Philadelphia location! We offer aschedule, Monday - Friday and we're hiring for our morning shift: 6am -2 pm . This shifts allow for flexibility in the day for a life outside of work. This position is available full-time, with overtime potential, as well as part-time (6am-10am). The hours may vary depending on the needs of the production volume. This is an entry-level position with room for growth! Starting pay is $13 - $15 per hour. We are seeking those with embroidery machine experience. If you have great attendance, a strong work ethic, and are open to learning, there is upward mobility and reviews after 30, 60 and 90 days. Most new team members reach Level 2 within 1-3 months ($15-17). We will teach you everything you need to know through on-the-job, paid training. We also offer employee discounts on apparel to all employees after 30 days of employment. As a Embriodery Machine Operator, you will work in a production-based environment using embroidery machines. Candidates should be comfortable handling machinery and working in a deadline-driven environment. Qualified candidates must be able to work on their feet for most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs. Priority is given to candidates with a positive attitude, the ability to work in a team setting, and with excellent attendance records.
