In-Person Competitive Salary 2 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Rotation Shift / Full-Time Description Bundler Job Summary The Bundler position requires a high-energy, detail-oriented, and positive person as part of the production bundling team. This position allocates components for custom garments to individual bins for production. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills. This person will collaborate daily with the cutting and production departments to ensure smooth, timely order flow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Counting and sorting items, labeling, lettering, and all other components including labels, letters, fabrics per specific order instructions ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete. Give counts/Issues at the end of the day to the Production Manager. Operate a heat press machine and lamination machine safely and efficiently. Read all customer specification sheets (in English) and communicate differences or concerns to production manager. Team player. Demonstrated ability to listen to and communicate detailed information. Ability to be professional, courteous, and tactful under pressure. Standing for entire 8-10 hours shifts. Lifting garments & bins throughout the day (weight of 10lbs or less). Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team. Learn basic functions of LECTRA cutting machine. Keep a clean environment. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Some experience operating Lectra/Gerber or similar cutting machines preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail. Good organizational and record-keeping abilities. Ability tow ork independently and in a team environment. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Able to work in inches and yards. Fabric knowledge is a plus. Schedule Requirements Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to support production timelines. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
