What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily portable crushing operations across multiple sites in Southeast PA Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot crushing and screening equipment Train, coach, and support crew members to drive strong team performance Conduct inspections and coordinate basic maintenance to minimize downtime What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead crews in heavy equipment or aggregate operations environments Strong working knowledge of crushing, screening, and material processing equipment Commitment to safety leadership and proactive hazard identification Effective communication and problem-solving skills in dynamic, mobile work settings Ability to adapt to changing job sites, schedules, and operational priorities Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination Successful candidate must submit to drug/alcohol screen, and background check Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
