6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. You read that right......3-Day weekends, EVERY weekend. Cutting, Stuffing, and Finishing for our Crash Pads (used for Bouldering, a style of rock climbing) as well as assisting in general production needs. Great job for someone right out of high school looking for a reliable and consistent 4-day work week at 38 hours a week- benefits and PTO after 6 worked months. While it's nothing like construction work, road work, hardscaping or landscaping this is still a physical job and the right applicant would be someone into basic physical labor, that has a keen eye for detail and production ethic. Simple repetitive tasks. Production manufacturing certainly isn't easy but when you see the gear you're crafting being used our on the toughest bouldering problems in the backcountry, a double century in the heart of Appalachia, or just a local trip to the farmers market it's incredibly rewarding. If you share that sort of passion and drive, you're likely a good fit.
