Associate Print Shop Operator Build Your Career in Print Production Are you someone who enjoys working with equipment, learning new skills, and seeing the results of your work come to life? As an Associate Print Shop Operator, you'll receive hands-on training while learning the print production process from experienced team members. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in print operations, manufacturing, production, or mail services. In this role, you'll learn how to operate commercial printing and finishing equipment, produce high-quality printed materials, perform quality checks, and support the day-to-day operations of a busy print shop. As your skills grow, you'll gain increased responsibility and opportunities to work independently on production projects. What You'll Do Learn to operate commercial printing presses, high-volume duplicating equipment, and finishing machinery. Produce printed materials such as manuals, training materials, marketing pieces, and business documents. Perform binding, cutting, folding, and other finishing tasks. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist with routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting. Maintain inventory of paper, supplies, and production materials. Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines and customer expectations. Support additional print shop and production activities as needed. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in print production, mail operations, manufacturing, warehouse operations, equipment operation, inventory control, customer service, or other production-focused environments is helpful but not required. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to develop new skills. Why This Role?
