Production Operator

We are seeking reliable new hires who can make safety, attendance, and teamwork a priority at Adams Manufacturing in Portersville, PA. As a Production team member, we provide full on-the-job training for motivated candidates seeking or continuing a career in manufacturing. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality plastic products. Key duties include maintaining workflow by matching the machine's output and prepping our plastic chairs and other products for shipping. This involves ensuring all products coming off the line meet strict quality standards, monitoring parts according to procedures, and performing necessary post-production operations such as trimming, packing, and labeling. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to maintain good attendance. As you grow in the role, you will also begin learning how to operate our plastic injection molding machines.

Two shifts are available:

AM (7 AM - 7 PM) or PM (7 PM - 7 AM). The AM shift starts at $17/hr, while the PM shift starts at $19/hr. We also offer two incremental pay increases of + $1/hour each once you are fully trained on and can expertly load and operate each production machinery. We work on a 2-2-3 schedule (rotation: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on; then 2 off, 2 on, 3 off), allowing you to enjoy 5 days off every other week!
