Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary:

The Pallet Construction Operator is responsible for assembling, repairing, and inspecting wooden pallets according to company quality and safety standards. This role involves using hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, power tools, and measuring devices to build and repair pallets for shipping and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay rate:

$17 to $18

Schedule:

Monday to Friday ( Overtime may be required based on production needs) 1ST Shift 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM 2ND Shift 4:00 pm to 12:00

AM Key Responsibilities:

Assemble wooden pallets according to specifications and production requirements. Repair damaged pallets by replacing broken boards and reinforcing structures. Operate pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand and power tools safely. Inspect finished pallets to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Meet daily production goals and performance standards. Load, unload, and move materials as needed. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervisors. Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or pallet-building experience preferred but not required. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
