Job Description

Manufacturing Packaging & Quality Control Specialist Worksite:
Rochester, PA 15074 Why this role matters Each shipment is the last step in our promise to customers. Your craftsmanship in building skids, crates, and boxes—and your rigor in inspecting and documenting quality—ensure products arrive exactly as intended. How you'll make an impact Quality assurance Inspect and verify product quality prior to packing, confirming measurements, condition, and labeling. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate quality issues or discrepancies. Complete required quality documentation accurately and on time. Packaging and crating Build custom skids, crates, and boxes daily to meet specification requirements. Pack products precisely according to guidelines to protect items in transit. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing environment. Collaboration and improvement Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members in packing and QC procedures. Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll bring High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality is a plus. Experience in packing, quality control, or a related production or warehouse role. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Strong organization and time management; effective teamwork and independent work skills. Knowledge of QC standards and practices; clear written and verbal communication. Willingness to work flexible hours as required by production.
