Job Description

Job Title:
1st Shift Hardware Production Associate Job Description This 1st shift role supports a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment by producing a variety of flame-cut products according to detailed specifications. You will set up and operate machinery, select appropriate materials and hardware, verify product quality using measuring devices, and complete required documentation while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with no weekend work. Weekly Pay and immediate interviews! Responsibilities Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on 1st shift in a production manufacturing environment. Adhere to all company policies that promote a safe workplace and follow department housekeeping and cleanliness requirements. Collaborate as a team member in the department to produce all varieties of flame-cut products according to manufacturing specifications. Achieve or exceed established production targets, quality standards, and departmental goals. Calculate proper size tolerances of fabricated products and use various measuring devices to confirm conformance to specifications. Set up, adjust, and operate machines and equipment used in the production of flame-cut products. Understand and follow established best practices, department priorities, and customer requirements. Read, interpret, and understand production sheets, manufacturing manuals, blueprints/prints, and related reports and documents. Select appropriate raw materials, hardware, tools, tags, and equipment needed to produce all varieties of flame-cut products. Identify and promptly report any equipment malfunctions, operational or safety issues, or material deficiencies. Understand and perform tasks related to the Preventative Maintenance Program for machines and equipment. Identify and report maintenance issues on machines and equipment to appropriate personnel. Move, handle, and stage materials as necessary to support production flow. Follow the company inventory system to track and account for materials and products accurately. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Landisville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
