11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday-Friday) Press Assistant Responsibilities Prepare and complete press changeovers accurately and efficiently Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are met Train and support other press assistants on procedures and tasks Perform preventative maintenance according to established protocols Maintain clean, organized, and safe press equipment and work areas Follow all safety procedures and immediately report safety concerns Complete accurate production, quality, and waste documentation Perform other duties as needed to support press operations Press Assistant Requirements Previous press operation or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to learn and follow operational and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift Text "JOBS" to (1-610-795-2775) to answer a few questions and connect with a Recruiter!
